For returns, prior authorization is required. Please contact hello@getsquishyco.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address by email.

Do not send returns to a registered agent address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
