FAQs

1. Are your squishy toys really handmade? Why does mine look slightly different from the photos?

Yes! Every squishy toy is handmade, so slight variations in color, size, shape, weight, and filling are to be expected. Additionally, since squishy toys have a soft outer skin and are vacuum-packed for shipping, they may be slightly compressed during transit. Minor deformation upon arrival does not affect normal use.

2. Why are there small bubbles, dust particles, or glue marks on my squishy toy?

Small bubbles, tiny dust particles, or minor glue marks may occasionally appear. It is normal for factory-produced outer skins to have minor imperfections, along with natural variations that may occur during the handmade production process.

3. Why does my squishy toy have a slight smell?

The TPR outer skin, glue stopper, and some handmade materials may have a mild odor when new. This usually fades over time. If the smell is noticeable, gently clean the surface and let the squishy toy air out in a well-ventilated area.

4. Why isn't the outer skin sticking closely to the filling?

A small amount of air may remain inside the squishy toy after sealing. If you are familiar with the product's construction and can do so safely, air may be released through the designated tied or plug area using an appropriate method. Avoid puncturing, cutting, or damaging the outer skin.

If the outer skin still does not fit properly, there may be a small tear or air leak. If a replacement outer skin was included with your order, you may replace the damaged outer skin according to the applicable product instructions.

5. How should I clean my squishy toy?

Gently wipe the surface with a mild cleanser and water. Avoid soaking or scrubbing the squishy toy too hard. Let it dry completely before storing.

6. How should I take care of my squishy toy?

Gently squeeze the squishy toy with your fingertips. Avoid using your fingernails or other sharp objects, as they may damage the outer skin.

When not in use, store it in a sealed bag and keep it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to help protect the outer skin and reduce filling loss over time.

7. How long does a squishy toy typically last?

The lifespan of a squishy toy depends on how often and how firmly it is used. The outer skin will naturally wear over time, especially on styles with firmer fillings.

If you use it frequently, it's a good idea to keep spare outer skins on hand if replacements are available for your product. The filling may also gradually decrease over time. Gentle use and proper storage can help extend the life of your squishy toy.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
